The recent World Economic Forum’s Industry Gender Gap study gave some interesting insights on the future of work. The report stated that “Most businesses want to recruit, retain and promote more women than they did before and they find it a key feature of future workforce strategy”.
According to the report Healthcare, professional services and media, entertainment & information industries currently have the largest share of women overall. The lowest shares are in basics & infrastructure, energy and aviation, travel & automotive industries.

In line with these facilities there is also a great marketing opportunity for brands on showcasing their products/services at work for women consumers. How about cosmetics/clothing company sponsoring outlook rooms with branded makeup accessories or a book store sponsoring reading room with books.
